赵炳梓

  基本情况:女,1967年生,博士,现为中国科学院南京土壤研究所研究员、博士生导师,中国土壤学会土壤物理专业委员会委员。1989毕业于浙江大学(华家池),1992年和1997年分别在中国科学院南京土壤研究所获得理学硕士学位和农学博士学位,1992年留土壤所工作;20002002年在日本国立农业研究中心做博士后研究。此外,19932007年间曾先后赴意大利国际理论物理研究中心、英国Macaulay Land Use Research Institute in Aberdeen、、美国特拉华州立大学、澳大利亚墨尔本大学进修或交流。

  专业、研究方向:一直从事农田地力提升(土壤有机质提升机制/技术)和作物生产力、土壤水分管理、及土壤污染物(包括病毒和有机/无机污染物)去向等方面的研究工作。现已出版了学术论文100余篇。

  正在进行的研究工作:(1)基于同位素示踪技术和核磁共振(NMR)技术追踪秸秆等外源有机物料中的碳和养分NPK在土壤中去向,并从微生物学(包括微生物活性、微生物组成)等角度剖析其机制,建立碳官能团变化与微生物群落结构变化之间关系,从理论和技术上创建农田地力变化与作物生产力之间关系;(2)作物水肥利用效率及其生理生态机制。
