张甘霖

    张甘霖,男,1966年生,博士,研究员,博士生导师。土壤与农业可持续发展国家重点实验室主任。 

  1987年毕业于华中农业大学土化系,获农学学士学位;1990年和1993年在中国科学院土壤研究所分别获得理学硕士和博士学位。1994-1995年在德国基尔大学土壤与植物营养研究所从事土壤空间变异和土壤地理信息系统研究,1998年和2000年在德国埃森大学生态研究所从事城市土壤研究。2001年晋升为研究员,2006年获国家自然科学杰出青年基金资助。入选江苏省“333”人才第二层次培养对象,江苏省有突出贡献中青年专家,享受国务院政府特殊津贴,国家自然科学基金学科评审组专家。任中国土壤学会常务理事,国际土壤科学联合会土壤发生委员会主席、城市土壤工作组副主席,全球数字土壤制图网络(GlobalSoilMap.net)东亚中心负责人,国际土壤分类组织(WRB)人为土分类协调人,FAO“政府间土壤专家小组”(ITPS)成员。是《Geoderma》、《中国科学-地球科学》、《土壤学报》、《地理科学》、《干旱区研究》等杂志编委。曾获国家自然科学二等奖、海南省科学技术二等奖、中华农业科技三等奖等多项奖励。

  长期从事土壤发生、土壤系统分类、数字土壤制图和土壤资源评价研究。近年来主持了科技部基础性工作专项我国土系调查与《中国土系志》编制、科技部国际科技合作专项全球数字土壤制图东亚区合作研究、国家自然科学杰出青年基金项目基于时间序列的土壤演变过程与速率研究、国家自然科学基金重点项目“黑河流域关键土壤属性数字制图研究”、欧盟第七框架研究项目(FP7“e-SOTER”、中国科学院知识创新工程重要方向性项目我国重要土壤类型的演变过程、系统分类与区域制图等多个国家重大和重点项目、国际合作项目。深入研究了我国重要土壤类型(水耕人为土壤和热带地区土壤)的演变过程与系统分类,成果被国际土壤分类采用;率先在我国开展了较系统的城市土壤研究,成果被广泛引用;主持建立了我国土系划分的原则与标准,并以此为依据建立了我国3000多个典型土系;开展了我国多个典型地区的数字土壤制图研究,为更新我国土壤资源清单奠定了基础。已发表论文250余篇,其中SCI论文60多篇,出版专著多部。 

  招收具有土壤学、环境科学、地球化学、自然地理、地理信息系统与遥感等专业背景的硕士和博士研究生。研究方向包括:土壤发生与环境变化、土壤系统分类学、数字土壤制图。
