一、个人简历
陈晏,博士,中国科学院南京土壤研究所副研究员,南京师范大学本科、硕士、博士学位(微生物学)。先后获国家留学基金委和中国科学院优秀青年人才培训项目资助,赴美国俄克拉荷马大学环境基因组研究所,德国科隆大学陆地生态研究所,荷兰瓦赫宁根荷兰皇家生态研究所访学。长期从事地上作物-地下生物互作偶联提升耕地质量的过程研究。针对南方耕地质量退化产能效率低的问题,建立红壤禾-豆,草-豆等多样化种植体系,发现了种间植物根系信号跨界生物识别应激途径,探究了种间根际化学遗留调控土壤生物培肥提质过程机制。以第一/通讯作者在Nature Communications)、Microbiome、Soil Biology and Biochemistry等国际期刊发表论文15篇,授权国家专利3项,合作专著1部。先后主持江苏省杰出青年基金、国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划子课题等项目12项。
