胡君利

胡君利,男,博士,19824月生,安徽绩溪人。20046月本科毕业于南京农业大学微生物学系生物科学专业,20077月硕士毕业于中国科学院南京土壤研究所生态学专业,20138月博士毕业于香港浸会大学环境生物学专业。中国科学院南京土壤研究所海外优秀青年人才入选者、土壤与农业可持续发展国家重点实验室副研究员,中国科学院大学副教授、硕士生导师,中国菌物学会理事、菌根及内生真菌专业委员会副主任,中国土壤学会监事、土壤生物与生物化学专业委员会主任助理,《Frontiers in Microbiology》副主编,《Agronomy》和《应用与环境生物学报》编委,《植物生理学报》责任编委,中国科学院青年创新促进会会员,中国土壤学会优秀青年学者奖获得者。发表论文、授权专利、制订标准等共计110余项,获青岛市自然科学奖1项,曾赴巴西、印度、韩国、美国、捷克和芬兰参加国际学术交流,并与澳大利亚、爱尔兰、韩国和香港等地同行保持合作

20077月参加工作,长期从事土壤微生物特别是丛枝菌根真菌功能与调控研究,聚焦土壤养分高效、土传病害防治与土壤污染修复等国家重大需求开展了系列系统性工作。主持完成中国科学院知识创新工程领域前沿项目“玉米-小麦轮作免耕系统的菌根网络及其根际调控过程”(2008-2010)和战略先导科技专项任务“玉米-丛枝菌根体系对土壤氮磷养分的响应与协调特征”(2014-2019),国家自然科学基金青年基金项目“免耕条件下菌根网络对土壤碳库的调控及其环境效应”(2009-2011面上项目“玉米-辣椒间作系统丛枝菌根真菌群落分异特征与抑病机制研究”(2017-2020),科技部“973”项目子课题“华北潮土地力提升的关键生物过程与调控途径”(2011-2015)和重点研发计划项目子课题“不同地力旱地土壤根际微生物碳磷互动效应与磷素增效途径”(2016-2021)、“西部地区设施辣椒主要土传病害发生的地力影响机制与调控”(2017-2021),以及土壤与农业可持续发展国家重点实验室优秀青年人才项目“植椒土壤AM真菌多样性对间作玉米的响应及其功能研究”(2014-2017)和上海电子废弃物资源化协同创新中心开放课题“电子垃圾拆解地AM真菌毒理诊断与风险阻控”(2015-2017)等,正在承担国家自然科学基金面上项目“菌根辅助细菌对土壤AM真菌抑病功能的助力路径与调动效应研究”2022-2025重点研发计划项目课题“旱作土壤活性有机质提质增量的微生物调控与产能提升技术”2022-2027)等任务。
